NEW HERE AND NEW TO REP WATCHES

Im guessing i should have found this forum first, ok so i been in a facegroup then a whatsapp group, reading and lurking on different factory made watches, i then pulled the trigger with one of the main sellers with lots of feedback on a VSF datejust, it cam yesterday and feel a bit meh, with it, is the this the best for my money? links feel a bit sharp on the edges, and not sure about the clasp, ive had a AAA in the past that felt alot better.

That's why we stick with our TDs. Even they themselves got duped in the past with fake factories, but then there's the community to figure that out and staff to help, and most importantly, you have the possibility of recourse with a TD.

With an Instagram, Facebook etc seller, you're usually on your own...

what i dont like on the strap, the gold inside links are rough on the edge to the touch, plus the clasp, is it suppose to like a sliding bit to size?

This is the next watch I'd love! You got it for a much better price than I'd manage to with a TD just now. You could sell when you've made enough use of the forum to be allowed to sell and i'm sure it'd get snapped up straight away at that great price. What's your next move? A Submariner.. so the watch feels substantial, or are you a bit put off by rep watches altogther for now dude?

You're fine. there's not supposed to be a sliding bit to size in these datejusts, right? There's just an easylink system so you can fold one link back on itself if you want to make micro-adjustments. Check out 'Rolex Easylink' on youtube dude.
