I just received my QC Pics today, i purchased a PAM 390 Noob. Is this the latest V4 case as well as the CG & Lever?

Hello kampachi, where can i source for the correct CG & lever? Is it a very obvious tell? :O Whats the difference between the Rep CG & Gen CG? Sorry if i asked alot as i have been reading up lately but still unable to distinguish.
One thing from my QC pics i realised is the CG pin is kinda popped out, i have circled it in red btw.

Buying first rep from trusted dealer, PAM 111 H-factory from Sead, had an issue with the first set of QC pics with obvious flaws of the caseguard, and asked for another watch. Asked for another watch, and got a lot of vague responses and After some back and forth finally got him to atleast replace the caseguard with another one. These are the pics after replacing the CG, and trying to assess if this is the new caseset.

Good and clean lug space and squarish cg. Should be the latest case.
Yes you should mate. I've sold all of mine and im sure gonna regret it in the future lol. The Noob 390's have been produced with v3 cg and lever since early of the year.

The V4 CG is the best ever made, very close to the gen. But no longer available. Noob sells only the old CG V3 with 44mm historic Luminors. Take this one mate.
Just purchased a 005 v4 from Noob. Been a while since I sold my 111 v3 which was good to my blind eyes at that time but having experienced a lot of different watches both gen and rep, I'm curious to see how the 005 v4 compares to the gen!

Noob v4 case and finish is better quality against KW case, on my QC visible CG has uneven bottom corner (over machined or drilled), overall on the hours hand missing paint from the tip, unless it is a dust spec. I think dial is OK but I am not so sure about the number "6". Lug holes still too high compared to noob. Lever shape not as good as noob and inside finish is rather rough.
Would I have to smooth the inside of CG and repolish lever for fine finish, or ask for another ?
