New from Canada, interested in a Seamaster "No Time to Die"

I did some research and browsed through some TD's sites.

However a lot of the info seem to be quite old (more than a year). Is VSF v4 still the best version of this? Or other versions?

Also I am from Canada, not sure if a specific TD would be better?
