New Clean Daytona order

Hi Everyone, I’ve just made my first order of the CF Daytona panda - although the website says 30m waterproof from factory does anyone know if this is actually correct? I’m not planning on deep sea diving more like the occasional swim… great to hear any thoughts on this..

Don't trust the waterproof indication of any TDs. If you want to make sure, have it waterproofed independently. That said, be mindful that the more ingress points, the more prone to failure the watch will be. A chrono with several pushers should not get near the water. Many gen owners don't even risk their "guaranteed" watches.

Daytona is not a diver but a racing chronograph, would not recommend diving or taking a shower with it. A little splash water from washing your hands is no problem.
