Any idea as to whether some substance (e.g. some sort of enamel) can be applied on the black dial so that it becomes shinier?
Also, I asked about white gold wrapping the case, crown and buckle and the cost is very reasonable. The question is that the shop require the case, crown and buckle bare, i.e. with the movement, dial etc. removed. I would trust SSTEEL to remove the internals and send me back the case, crown and buckle so that I can have them white gold wrapped and sent back to him to put together. Any thoughts? Are there serious risks of the movement not being put together properly afterwards?
