new BP GMT listed on trusty time with CHS?

Saw this and I haven't been able to locate any information on it...yes the search function let me down. Is it a CHS movement like noob's or a different 2836 based one? I know it's not a true 3186 clone from the movement pictures.

This is the new root beer with correct hand stack. check out the video. just that the bezel color on the 18 part is not that good as compare with GMF
