I'm wounding too what's new about the v8. I'm after the standard black bezel one, but I can't notice differences except for the movements and the price of the v8 is cheaper... why??
So what would be the best choice, any other near gen?
About gen.. I was thinking the same, get a gen. Just get the standard black bezel..
It's not that out of reach in price.

I was sceptical about getting a CHS due to the movement issues I have been reading here, so I got an ICHS.

Insert blue color is like gen?

Sadly there are few flaws like the date off centre and the gmt hand.. when u completely pull the crown and set the time the gmt hand will not follow the hour hand maintaining the difference of hours..
