from the pic...they don't look like gen...they have the hint of light green in light...where the numbers and markers are still white. hands don't match the dial. so i would say no.

Yep, they are stock ZF. I have half a mind to get them re-lumed.

honestly i wouldn't bother unless you found some deal super steal. while we obsess over it. 99.9% don't know, can't see it. wouldn't know. the dial is plenty dreamy to make up for anything. if anything maybe getting the 3k one and putting your dial on that. i will guess to say they will still have a hand issue but case wise and everything else maybe more on par.

just when i thought i was done with this stuff for a long while.....this one thread has brought me back. i was getting out of the game. but a 5168 blue dial is a grail for me. i have a 5167 black dial. i like it but the blue.....just something about it. plus i like the size of it more.

and i will say the 5712 is looking rather nice....i dunno if i can justify the 688 they want for non working things but i'll go this aquanaut first.

Completely agreed with the 5712. It's a fantastic dial color they've chosen, and it's pretty great as a 'second try'.

The 5168G is a pillar of my collection, and is what I wear when I want to wear something nice, but have little worries about scratching a bracelet. I am never one to shy away from telling people my watch is a replica, I just can obsess over small details at times haha.
