Damn. APSF smashed it out of the park. No complaints from me. Let's rock and roll boys.

It looks great. How much does it cost and where can I buy it? Only the best factory will have other colors of this watch. I'm waiting for more information
Congrats on your first post after 3 years!
Puretime prices are posted on their site but I'm sure the costs will vary slightly across the different TDs. Share your pics when you get yours (post #2 😅)

The video of the flyback function working is boner worthy. Not that Ill ever use it, but knowing its possible will help me sleep at night.
I've just watched the video - flyback function definitely makes me feel funny in my pants and seeing the movement work smoothly through the open caseback as he's testing it is amazing.

That said....

It appears the rotor is still not properly 'weighted' as in the other 15xxx series watches and doesn't swing / rotate freely to wind the watch. You can see the rotor isn't very mobile as he shakes & rotates the watch around. I recall some folks having this issue where their watches didnt hold a proper power reserve because of it.

Not a huge issue for me but worth noting once these start arriving. @puretime - any thoughts on this? And thanks for getting the info out! 🙏 🙏 🙏

It might be because the watch is fully wound and the overwind protection is in place

Is black ceramic from APSF actually black ceramic? Or is it just a coated SS? There is not much information on this anywhere.

The rotor should still spin though.. overwind protection wouldn’t prevent the rotor from moving.

Yall need to chill it's been 12 hours about this, more info will come, let's focus on the good. My bet is it is ceramic. APSF has history of ceramic working before in Offshore Diver and Perpetual Calender. But I could be wrong.

Definitely ceramic. APSF has made enough ceramic APs, I highly doubt they’d release this movement on a pvd ss ceramic rep

I just tested it on my 15500 and it pretty much stops the rotor movement when fully wound
