Stock crystal upgrade?

For those that have the 26240 in hand now, is a deep crystal upgrade an improvement vs. the stock APSF crystal? (Apologies if this has been discussed here already. I don’t recall reading it)

Hello. Got my QC pics. I think it’s a v1 rotor but everything looks nice. Should I GL ? Appreciated

rotor aside, green. everything else looks good enough to my eye.

The screws are reasonably aligned, hour markers look fine, the chrono hands reset to zero.

It’s way, way better than the QC I just received and I’m still debating whether to take mine.

Easy GL. The waiting time for these is touching 2 months if you're unlucky, so think carefully if you can wait 1-1.5 months if you reject.

Guys sorry to post this one, my third purchase this month but struggling a bit on this one.

I don’t want to reject this QC with the potential wait times, but some issues…

Chrono hand at 3 o’clock and the 12 o’clock hour marker in particular stick out to me.

The screws are all so consistently misaligned (rotated left) that I wonder if it’s actually an easy fix. So bad it’s easily good? 🤣

Is it relatively easy/inexpensive for a watchmaker to fix any of these alignment issues for me if I take it? The subdial hand at least prob easy if I’m sending it in to get the movement lubed and checked anyway?

Chrono hand at 12 looks fine, it's the hour and minutes hand at 12 that is making it look off.

Screws can easily be fixed.

Did you receive a pic showing all central hands? I don't get it why the hour and minute hands are hidden.

Yes do have that. The first set of photos came without the 3 o’clock subdial reset to zero, so had requested that separately and posted it first. Please see attached for the rest of the hands.

Personally the slightly crooked 12 and 3 o'clock markers as well as the slightly misaligned bezel bolts don't bother me but I'd have them fixed whenever I'd wanna mod the watch.

Sorry brother - You have to be happy with it. I'd say no to that example. The 12 hour markers are an absolute must to get right. See my avatar? Hopefully a modder can fix. For those of us in the US, I'd really be conflicted given the heightened scrutiny on packages from CN and tariffs.

Yep, that looks nice. PT said another 3 weeks wait for me for the next batch of stock.
Has anyone received the ceramic version recently? Someone a few pages back mentioned that the bracelet cracking issue may have been fixed, but my dealer says there's no stock and to wait for the fix.

You absolutely do not have to settle for the V1 rotor. My non TD even got me the V2 without me even asking for it.

They are recycling their overpriced v1 first-batch stock to see where they can offload. RL! Especially since APS fixed the rotor issue fast.
