Looks good! Hopefully the 3 and 9 markers will be straight, because it can be noticed easily if they are not. I gotta buy the bigger size when they are on the market!
The only thing that disturbs me is that the hour markers are still not nearly shiny as the gen, the gen looks much more bright doesn't it?
Looks killer. I hope mine turns out to look as good as yours do. Question about the one with the orange numbers. How does the orange lettering on the numbers compare to the orange on the word seamaster? I believe on the gen that they are different shades. I could be wrong though.

keep an eye on those pearls at some angles the qc pics are so drab looking the reds look darker, but in good light they seem ok. As dave says I think the red seamaster writing is meant to be darker than the orange markers dunno for sure, jeff above might confirm?
I ordered 3 in total, 2 42mm and one 45mm, not all for me, and the 45 PO is not my style but I want a look at it vs the 42mm that I will probably keep.

Tell me about it Jeff. I joined these fora looking for a nice Planet Ocean. Two months later and I have three v'5 42's, a UPO and this new one on the way! :thumbsup:
jeffw69 has been sent out free samples from the factories and will be giving us all a full teardown vs his gen in a few weeks, he will even be dismantling his gen and comparing the parts side by side for the review..
Just a couple of things to look out for, mentioned on rg.
I see what you're saying, alot more reflections, perhaps camera angle I don't know, will reserve judgement entirely about the AR and how good it is until I see the watches. One AR on one version and non on another would be a major faux pas. If it is lighting/set up not sure.

One thing I'm noticing overall as more qc is released is the pearl on the 45mm looks to have improved immensely from the old UPO, it's almost centred, on all watches. On the 42mm they vary a bit and it's not as clear cut an improvement.
