You are right about your guess on the lever. The lever is a bit of a disappointment in the one I received. Not only is it not entirely flushed to the CG, it's not tight and is flippy when released.

Nevertheless, it doesn't really bother me. I've learnt not to be too much of a perfectionist... there's always some flaw to disappoint. I'd rather enjoy it as it is.

Ouch, that's unfortunate. Are these fairly easily fixed via the modders out there or is this model more complicated? To me, a slight dial flaw isn't as big as something like the CG and lever which are both cosmetic and functional flaws IMO. Having not been a PAM owner in the past, I've been waiting for one to be very close to the gen. This one seemed to be it, but with these two issues, I may have to either wait. That is, unless there is a modder out there that can fix these at a reasonable price.
