Need help with simple IWC repair

Hi, members! I have an IWC rep I love, but one of the push buttons fell off, and getting it replaced at a jeweler will require gen parts, which will cost more than the whole watch. For a PUSH BUTTON! So does anyone know where I can simply get one of these IWC rep push buttons? They apparently are just stuck on the stem, whereas the gen has threading.
