H and Noob both make/made the 243. Rotate the bezel and if it has 120 clicks it's an H Factory V1.

I really couldn't say. I don't have as good an eye for those details like others on here. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will chime in soon to let you know their opinion.

I haven't actually made the trade yet. I just wanted to make sure the trade was legit first.

I have a Noob V1 and H Factory V2. Your pearl looks more like my Noob based on it's shape.

When I get home I will take a picture of the two side by side.

An easy well to tell the Noob from the H, is the indices dots. Or the lume application on them. The Noob is much less domed, and more like the Gen's. While the "H" lume is very convex, or half domed and way too tall.
Bugs the dickens out of me! Grrrrr!!! :-(

The Noob is much less high domed, and much closer to Gen.
