with 8k you could get a nice gen 5712a dial. All other mods are marginal improvements in my opinion.

Immediately case proportions and hands…. all reps have completely wrong hands.. too fat if compared to gen..

For the hands is sadly true, gen are much thinner in subdials, specially noticeable on Power reserve and date ones. It should not be hard to correct.

I heard the Buff hands for 5712 is the closest to gen, so a combination of buff hands and SW dial would be the best option in the market, do you agree? Get PPF markers beveled and transplant them into the SW dial but before you do that relume markers and buff hands with aftermarket gen spec grade C3 super luminova!
