Not an easy one that doesn't pop up very often I'm afraid! I've only just managed to get one which was fitted to a rep strap on a Fiddy. Just keep looking on here in the m2m wtf and strap central sections, Etsy & eBay etc.
Before replying I had a quick look and could only find one on eBay for £90!!
