Need help by finding PAM1392

Hello.

Longer time ago there were some discussons about picking the right PAM1392. There's a version of ZF and V6F...

I really want to buy a PAM which is 42mm instead of 44mm, cause I have very small wrists.

Can someone tell, has been a correct Version of PAM1392 released? With correct lugs, dial, size and overall, close to gen movement?

If not, is there a good alternative to buy?

The 1392 have been OOS for a long time.
