I cannot say for the straps but the clasp assembly look rep to me.

I've asked for better pics of the hallmark. And from what I've seen of the genuine offshore straps there shouldn't be AP and Swissmade.

Yeah, ha. I’m with legend and call it fishy. Clasp construction and finish looks rather cheapish which can’t be expected on a genuine piece. Can’t speak about anything else as the pics look like munched tomatoes
