Wow I totally missed that correct crown in the 3k

Now if 3K could just aim for these on their v3s
1) make the dw font the correct size
2) sharpen the cg shape a bit more
3) make the hands and hour marker a tad bit greener(right now too damn white)

it would truly be a NWBIG piece!

Owning and wearing a hybrid, modded PF/PPF blue for a while, my conclusion is that the following matter for me (and these characteristics may be aesthetically valid without even knowing the existence of this PP model):

- nice dial
- bezel and bevel width and their ratio, bevel angle (believe me they do matter in real life)
- not (so) protruding crown
- a good bracelet with a proportonal first link (believe me it does matter in real life)
- case thickness <= 9 mm
- robust movement

Nice! Would you be able to refer me to a good modder? I've just got a PPF V4 from intime and I'd like to get it looking its best x

We are super demanding on tiny (and yet yes, noticeable) differences but I think both models are good replicas when you have them on your wrist

Compared to the gen, 3KF's crown seems a bit over done. Gen's crown size is in the middle of 3K's and PPF's.

From my perspective, with the PPF, you can thin the crown until it is gen's dimension but if you get the 3K, extending the crown will not be possible.

Also I have learnt that even the gen have different variations of the dial color with earlier versions being less green. So PPF may not be that off depending on which version of the gen you compare with.
