Maybe i expressed myself badly, and i can’t sketch out anything now, but what i meant is if, say, that plastic squarish ring has a thickness, in its solid part, of ... 2mm ? I’d try a 1mm thick buckle so that it does not protrude laterally so much. Eventually (my) tomorrow i can show you what i mean..
got it. I guess for plastic/ carbon it is really not feasible to use much thinner loops as they would not hold. A metal loop could be used in this scenario
