That will depend on commercial agreements.
Some time ago Noob was very close to Angus-Puretime
Nowadays with ZFac introduction I really don't know the final of the story

The PAM372 with the Superclone P9000 movement isn't from Z-Factory, it's from another maker. So Noob has to get its movements from the new maker's supplier. The Z-Factory seems to be releasing its products through puretime initially so it looks to be the same relationship as with Noob. Noob is still releasing new models like the AP ROO 44mm SS and the PO Ceramic through puretime.

I notice also that font on the movement is smaller then in P3000 clone in Pureti.me and Toro Bravo, is it different version or an update?

What I mean is that I hope than current close relationship of Puretime with ZFca doesn't damage the old commercial relationship Noob-Puretime

Zing. That is ALE keeping it real. That's good news for those shopping a 372, as noob factory is one hundred dollars cheaper than this "other" factory's versions.
