I suggest to clean the Noob case with some baby oil, maybe the bronze shade can disappear

The watch seems a V4 case or a transition case between V3 and V4. I cannot see the Crown to say it is "slim" or fat. maybe you could confirm this point. The CG lever curiously is one of the few V4 with correct angle. Crystal has correct bevelled V4 type and CG looks very good

But regarding colours the differences are unacceptable IMO

Below pic shows cleraly the issue. Three !! hues of black (??) colour

Try to get a solution from Ryan. He is really nice and professional, he will understand your claim.

Even tell him I agree with your claim and even send him these posts and pics

If you have no solution from him I personally will send him an e-mail with the claim

Keep me informed

The crown looks slim to me comparing it to the PAM 111 noob I received from Ryan a week before the 026. I have attached better pictures and I have also attached some of the PAM 111 noob pictures. I have replied to Ryan and it has been 24 hours and I have yet heard from him. He is usually really good with replies. Been very slow after this problem. Hopefully we can get this fixed.

Confirmed Crown is "slim" V4 type
ytW09fm.jpg

Of course your PAM 111 has V3 "Fat" Crown, Crystal has correct bevelled size. The case seems the same as your Pam 026, V4 or transition V3 to V4

If you have no reply from Ryan you should inform him about this thread

I just received a reply from him. This is what he had to say:

Thanks for your support and I really appreciate it.

regarding the PAM026K , as you should understand I am dealer and I get the watch from the factory directly, it is same watch even you order from other dealer, the factory just replied me the answer and I forwarded to you, The only way I can offer you is

1. I will issue partial refund at my cost $20 to you for this issue.
2. I will order the new crown for you once the factory has other new batch

I can't help you fix the plating color , I must ask the factory to help but unfortunately they don't have solution at the moment.

Best Regards,Ryan

I'm not happy with the case color at all. It's too bronze and doesn't match any of the other noob pictures I've seen. What should I do. I just want one with the correct color.

I have explained to you what the factory say, they do not have other color case or crown now so I can't make or send you the other color crown/case for exchange, I don't understand your email mean, you want to get other color case/crown by opening thread?

Here is what I can offer,

1. I will issue partial refund at my cost $20 to you for this issue.
2. I will order the new crown for you once the factory has other new batch
3. return the watch to me and I will issue refund to you if the watch is 100% brand new, no scratches and the leather strap is never been worn.

@ryanwayer

Dear Ryan
Nice to hear from you, and many thanks for your kind post
As you all can see, I usually don't intercede in this kind of disputes

I agree we are talking about rep watches and QC is not as good as desirable or it is almost non existent
But the colours of this watch are going beyond what it is admissible IMO

The problem is not the Crown, the crown is a correct "slim" crown and the colour is accurate enough. It is not the CG with a good shape and correct enough colour, and even the lever has acceptable although different colour.
The problem of this watch is the colour of the case and bezel. They have a really bronze colour what make unacceptable the watch, even being a replica. Of course this is just my opinion, but I think I have experience enough about this matter.

Of course I know you are just a dealer, and that you are, like other dealers, selling just the watches you are receiving from the makers. But in case of such a quality issues you (the dealers) are the most appropriate people to transmit the claims to the makers. Anyway this is not an appropriate quality watch coming from Noob. And that will be a very bad image for this good maker.

In this case IMO the third option would be the only acceptable
3. return the watch to me and I will issue refund to you if the watch is 100% brand new, no scratches and the leather strap is never been worn.

In case the strap is a little used, the buyer should pay another strap of make a change with his new strap

Just my opinion

Thanks for the help ALE. I received a reply back and Ryan wanted pictures to confirm it's new and never worn. Watch is totally new and never worn as it is unacceptable from noob factory to be wearing. Lets see where it goes. Kinda scared sending the item back. Any suggestions on the best way to send it back that's safe with full tracking. Gonna cost me some money to send an item that the TD shouldn't have been selling in the first place. So hard to tell with the lighting on the QC images until it actually arrives to see the big difference.
