Hey gang, hope all are well.
Wanted to share with you my latest purchase, the new Gen Tudor GMT.
Been looking to get a GMT for a while and when i saw the Tudor at Basel i knew i needed one. Anyways, got mine last week but these are "hot cakes" and not so easy to buy. There is a waiting list and territory shortage.
General, i think the new Tudor with the in-house movement is a great buy. It has super PR (about 73 hours), great craftmanship, looks amazing and feels great on the wrist.
I did own a gen blue Pelagos way back, (i did a compare with the rep here on the forum) really liked it but after having V3-4 from rep factories i sold my gen due to the rep being to close in every way and i didnt want to have a 4K watch that was 99% identical to a $350 rep. This might happen again, that the factories will do a great job repping the Tudor GMT. But lets see, the GMT function and hand-stack might be tricky to copy so time will tell.
