Which model is that? Im looking for one that looks like 127. Cause 47mm is way too big for my tiny wrist.

Since the 44mm mini Fiddy is a fantasy case you or someone will need to build it. I'm not crazy about that case, it has a dome shaped crystal with no ar, so there is a lot of glare. It will not look like the PAM127 crystal which has great ar with the magnified distortion on the edges. Really cool look.
The mini Fiddy case takes 37mm dials, so you can use any dial up to 37mm in that case. I think the 127 dial might actually be larger than 37mm. Not sure if it would fit.

Give it a try with a thick strap, it might actually look really nice. My wrists are 6.5" and I liked feel and look.
Mind taking a picture of the 127 on your wrist? Would definitely like to take a look.

Not at this time, got a few builds I'm trying to finish up. Rolex big crown is being modded right now. New dial, plexi, and gilt lume.

Sure, the case is a DSN bronze 6154. I think it has a T24 plexi, that I received with it from a m2m deal. The plexi adds a 3D effect to the dial the outter ring makes the dial look like it is floating. Watch the video to see what I'm talking about.

Movement is a Panerai engraved 6497 movement. And vintage rep strap.
Dial was made by pvirus.

That plexi is insane! It really makes the outer ring dance! I like the dual seconds hand like a sonar.

Here is the movement shot, I didn't have any nice ETA 6497 available and this movement kept time perfectly, under 3 seconds +\- a day. If I happen to purchase a nicer 6497 movement I might swap this one out.
