The way I see it is that if you want a blue dial then go for the Angus version because the colour is better, otherwise if you want black or white then go for the puretime version. Correct me if I'm wrong...

BP's blue dial is closer to gen. But I personally prefer Angus' blue dial

When I bought mine, Angus' current 15400s weren't even existed yet. So, I jumped on it (BP) since I was lusting over an RO. Quality wise, no problem.

Both blue aren't correct to the gen. However, imho, Angus' blue 15400 is indeed closer but still wrong.
The way I see it, AP has 2 shades of blue on their gens, for example, the 15400's blue is different than the 15202's blue. In terms of rep, the blue on BP's 15400 is more reminiscent of the gen 15202 blue while Angus' blue 15400 = gen 15400 blue.

In the end, remember that both blue are still wrong. Black and white are the safer options.

Bp still has better hour marker(thinner lume), longer lasting lume, crisper printing on the dial, better engravings, more accurate Ap logo, and a better crown.

the only concern of this rep is the mineral crystal on the back case, and date window

other is perfect. i would rate as 8.5/10

does angus (puretime) 15400 have polished rehaut?

Yes, it's wearable. I sized the bracelet to fit just fine on my wrist, not too tight not too loose. Removed 4 links and it amazingly fits my 6.2" wrist well. I also wear the watch closer to my palm so that it sits on the smallest area of my wrist to minimise any pressure from the wrist. Hope you understand what I mean. :)

do you get slight case imprints on your wrist from your fit? i removed 2 links = too loose 3 links = too tight (wrist case imprint)
