This was my first experience buying a rep watch. I was in vacation in Aruba and went to buy a gen Tag. I narrowed it down to 2 that I liked and bought one. A guy in the store shopping told me about rep watches. I started on Reddit, then to RWI, then to @puretime where within a day, i jad ordered a watch. It's not the one I was going to buy in the store but one I liked better.
I chose Puretime because I could use my PayPal account. What I didn't expect is how helpful and patient they were with a first time buyer. I had concerns and questions. I emailed them and they were responsive and answered all my questions. I ended up ordering another one from them immediately. QC was good on this one and it was shipped out quickly. I recieved my watch 26 days after making payment which is a little longer than I expected but it was worth the wait. Puretime also kept me informed what was going on and provided me with a tracking number. Puretime got the watch out quickly but shipping from China right now is taking a little longer, possibly due to geopolitical reasons. Whatever the cause, puretime got it to me and through customs so I'm absolutely satisfied. Highly reccomended @puretime for your reps!
