A day later - I received confirmation that the payment was made.

Two days after ordering - just an hour ago - I received QC PICS!
I sent them an email asking for more photos because I can't see well enough up close.

So far - the service is excellent and fast.

I must say that so far I am surprised by their fast service and efficient response.

Well done! Hope it continues like this.

Still nothing new
I sent a message three days ago and they told me that to get a qc I have to wait longer and that they will try to talk to the factory to speed it up.
One thing I dont understand -
When I placed the order within two days I received a QC of a watch which later turned out to be defective.
So what's the difference now that it takes longer?
Just wondering.. Anyway this is the update

It was the inventory we have. If defective and need to replace it, we need to wait for factory to supply.

Yes unfortunately still waiting for qc pics.
They sent me a few days after i placed the order qc pictures but the watch had flaws, so right now I'm waiting again.

17.10 - I sent a message to the QC department and asked them if it makes sense that I still haven't received a QC a month later.
18.10 - They sent me a message that the watch with the blue dial is not in stock and to choose something else.
After a long conversation with them I decided to take the watch in 36mm and not 41mm, which was in stock.
19.10 - I received the QC
I asked for some more pictures of the watch and on 20.10 I confirmed that it could be sent to me.
23.10 - I received a tracking number
And they said that within 8-15 days the watch should arrive.
2.11 - I checked according to the tracking number and the watch arrived at customs in my country and was released.

According to this, within a few days it should be delivered to me.

Regardless of the waiting time, or the watch (which will be checked properly as soon as it arrives), they should have checked the inventory properly in front of the factory so that I wouldn't wait too long.. But - I must say that the service always answers within a day and sometimes the same day and they always try to help.

I received the watch today.
I did not receive a card with a serial number, I sent an email to customer service and they replied that the machine that makes it for them is not working at the moment.

Anyway - after testing it meets what I expected, a beautiful watch with a precise finish and matching the original.
I will probably come back and order again soon.
