If you want something that rocks you need to set your budget to 100-150 usd. You can have beautiful croc or vacchetta straps from Orloff or a Dirk strap in that price range :)

I have recently picked up some horween straps from Europelli, I have to tell you that these are the most comfortable straps I have ever owned (and I did a lot.....).

He is Drew Watson - Europelli and does regular sales on Paneristi (one is running right now).

I can tell you first hand there is a reason why you would spend the extra money for a nice strap. Take the leap and buy a Dirk or a Mario Paci. You won't look back.... That is until you realize you have 20 of them your collection. And you could have bought a nice used gen Panerai :facepalm:
