Did you really though? Because it sounds like you heard of a dealer who's a TD here, went and Googled the name, and ended up buying from one of the scammers who set up fake sites with names very like those of the TDs. TD activity is monitored and openly reviewed here all the time. If an RWI TD was up to no good, then RWI would revoke their TD status. The TDs don't pay to be TDs, they earn the privilege through their trustworthy dealing.
No one here has any problem with members (new or not) posting non-TD reviews, but the advice will always remain: If you want to get what you paid for, use an RWI TD. And only use the web/comms details the TDs post and regularly update in their respective forum sections.
