hmmmmm I'll compare it to my gen straps in terms of lengths.... I always have the opposite problem! Too long!

I will have to look around for one that's not almost $600...may have to wait. Haven't seen it on Hont's site...
There is a guy on ebay seliing longer straps. I will post a link when i find it. The strapa are mainly the fancy ones but he is going to sell the longer Rubber and nYlon ones int he future (rep types).

I think you have the short version stap. The mid length is 125/80. The long one is 135/85.

from an AD with all the paperwork rubber is £65, nylon is about the same, leather about £100 and heritage >£120 iirc

I should of course mention the back log for a heritage strap is a few months.... B&R cant seem to make them fast enough

Question - once LCD is concerned, it may not be easy to pull off. Size of digits, window, and the colour of the LCD display background vs the brownish tinge of the digits?
But it does look very very nice. As you handle the watch, does it really give a good quality feel to it?

Hi Smidsy.. Meaning when there are LCD displays, repping it isn't always easy, in terms of the display. There are reps in the $100+ region that has LCDs like look like crap! But this one looks good. How close is this to the gen in your opinion?
It really looks very nice but the price is also 4x of the elusive Trevor $140 '92 super rep? At least for the price it comes in a full boxset, which is why I enquired about the quality of the box too.

I bought one from B&R's website like 2 month ago or so thinking I'd put it on something but it just stays in my drawer lol
they dont have them on their site any-more and I don't order from there as the French mess up the orders placed online

This was a watch that I almost bought (gen) but somehow the AD salesguy did tell me.. "heck if you wanted a digital display why not get a casio" and then went on to talk about the more classic B&R designs.
But at the end of the day walking past the showcase again my eyes gravitated to the same BR03-88 again.
Dammit this one just popped into the top of my priority list. Will certainly look forward to your input - very curious to know the quality of the box and materials too since you are (too) familiar with the gen!
Iceman, the box is top quality. I wasn't expecting much to be honest but was blown away by it when it arrived!
