My Avenger code yellow has a new strap..

Yeah, it matches great indeed. But to be honest, I think the strap looks better on a black steel breitling.

I usually wear my seawolf on a brushed pro 2 bracelet or a black pro diver III.

Hi guys,

Here a few quit pics of the rep vs gen 284S strap.

Difficult to photograph but next to each other the rep is terrible.
The yellow is way to cold, way to light and looks like it was laying in the sun for 2 years...
It doesn't match the Breitling code Yellow, not by far.

The fabric on the rep shiny and synthetic while it should be soft canvas.

I have these rep straps in different colours and the same goes for the Avenger Bandit. They don't match at hole but if you get in in Black/black, you have an acceptable holiday strap that can get wet.

I also have the 2 different Blacksteel deployants now.
One from cyblade s contact and one from GF.
The GF is a little lighter finished and more brown/graphite then the other and looks a little better although the GF has a little more play when closed.
Build of the GF looks a bit more solid but only time will tell.

I'm happy with both and I payed a fair and correct price.

Okay, if you compare them like that there’s indeed a ‘slight ‘ difference. Lol

but still, for a strap €100 less, you have a nice summer strap. ;-)

Love it great post thank you...I almost want to buy a cobra dial just to get the 284s strap, nothing beats a gen strap comfort and colour

Interesting on the rep “blacksteel” deployant and the different finishes as I read Cyblade say they were from GF in a few threads but there are clearly different colours maybe different batches, very interesting.
