That looks to be one of those "new breed 25j hibeats"
the clone of a clone

Need to see a pic with the rotor removed to be sure

Thank you Raddave sorry for the poor picture, I took it yesterday after I received the watch with the roter banging around loose in the case. Also major crown issues feels like there is dirt on the stem, still can't manually change date. This is the new ceramic version Big Pilot.
The listing from multiple dealers "23J and 25j 21600 VPH on the same listings .What's up with that?

That is odd. It looks to be one of the new breed hibeat movements, from the click location. But the new breeds run at 28800. Yours is running at 21600

I wasnt aware of a lobeat new breed.

Its definatly not a 2824 or 2836.

For the most part, the numbers look good, though your beat error is a little high.

That power reserve meter doesnt work does it?

Non working, along with the crown assisted date change.

Well i mean is the PR meter fake or is it supposed to work, im assuming its fake.
And the problem with the quickset on the date....well that problem sounds all too familiar for the new breed.
Thats a common problem with those.

Id almost bet money that is what it is, just cant get over the lowbeat though.

If you ever uncase that movement, id love to see a pic of it dial side, with out the dial.

Are you looking for a replacement for it or are you looking to repair it?

It looks like you are the only one on this forum that has an opinion. Thank you Raddave!

Looks very much like one of those "new fangled" Asian movements. A hybrid of another hybrid !! Never saw anything like that before. May need a good dissecting to find out good.

Correct, POS Clone. Dial feet screws instead of dial feet clamps is a big giveaway.

The 21600 on the timegrapher is confusing though, as mentioned above, these new Breed POS Clone are high beat 28800.

I believe there is a new version running 21.6kvpm with a different drive chain for pieces like BP where gen is 21.6

Damn, if the high beat POS Clone wasn't enough, now they are flooding reps with more craziness, and charging a premium for them. I have had several customers now who paid for ETA, or ETA Clone movements, and have received this 2813 POS clone instead. Madness.

Some people are calling it a 2813 , but its really not a 2813.
Its hand sizes, and dial feet placement is not the same as the DG2813 (21 jewel).

Other names for it are POS clone, clone of a clone, Newbreed 2836,hibeat 21J, Hibeat 2813,New breed hibeat (obviously yours is a lowbeat),

Its alot closer to a 2836 than a 2813

Its real name, at least in the 28k version, is Shanghai SB1HRZ2

If you are not worried about the beat being different you can replace it with a 2836

If you want to keep the 21600 beat replace it with a 2846

With either replacement you are going to run into problems with your datedial so will need to use the DWO that is currently on your movement.

Thanks RADDAVE, I knew there had to be a correct name, no idea why 2813 was assigned to it. I will credit you for this info next door on REG.
