He says Swiss ETA. How can I tell. I mean, it has an open back.

I wouldn't worry about the subdial. I have the same one as stang and I didn't even notice until it was mentioned. I highly doubt anyone in the wild will notice. Enjoy it. That two tone looks great.

I agree, it would be hard to notice.
I do find it sad that such a nice movement is inside of a flawed design, though!

Yeah in this hobby you end up becoming a perfectionist but I learned we just need to enjoy and not worry so much. My cheap reps get so much compliments it shows people just don't know that much about watches. Wear it well bro!
