I ended up getting a quartz Monaco cal 11 from Dhgate for the time being - it's got a fake crown at 9, but other than that, it's pretty good for £50!! Just a shame that the blue dial version has 'quartz' on the dial; the black / grey / gulf versions were all correctly printed!

The odd time I get a little news about what is in development

This is a watch that many many members have wanted, but there has never been a version with a left side crown and automatic movement.

But.. Alas.. its happening, expect it to make an appearance very soon.

My worry is the thickness and getting that right shade of blue on the dial, if it lacks those 2 key areas I'm afraid it might flop...

From what I know the case & movement is ready, so hopefully they don't rush the rest of the parts.

Any pics of that movement and case ?
