How to tell a fake submariner?

One way to to tell is if its a newer model, pull crown to adjust time, then turn the crown to adjust time. Is it correct that for the 3135 movements you turn the crown clockwise to advance time forward...and counter to move backwards. Try it on your rep...

On my REP GMT with 2836-2 ETA The time goes foward and backward with turning the crown.

Holy shit, i just checked:

Gen Rolex LV, Clockwise moves the time forward
Gen Omega, Clockwise moves the time backwards
Rep Noobmariner, Clockwise moves the titme backwards
rep SMP & exp1 w/ ETA, clockwise moves time bacckwards
Gen Seiko BM, clockwise moves time forward

I have 3 replicas that moves time forward with clockwise turn: big Railmaster, Pam 111, Fiddy...

all my other reps move backward with clockwise turn.

Of course. The genuine Omega uses a modified version of the same ETA movement that are in our reps.

Yes yes but all Eta movement whether modified or co-axialfied or not move this way...time forward with counter turn. :?

Except for the 6497 manual...time forward with clockwise turn.
