Mirotime - Order Stuck at Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item for Over 1 Month

Hi All,

My Mirotime order I placed has been stuck on “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item” since Nov. 18th. Today is Dec. 25th and it has not moved since.

In the beginning of December he responded : “Our agent replied 9200190358450712572167. The package is undergoing T86 customs clearance inspection and is currently being processed. We have urged the customs abroad to release it as soon as possible. Our company will continue to follow up on the status of the goods.”

A few days ago he sent me this after 2 weeks of nothing :
“We are still waiting for the agent's reply. We have not received the notification of release yet. We still need to wait. Once we verify that the package has been seized by customs, we will send a new one.”

Is this absurd? What is a reasonable amount of time to wait? I’m in limbo here. It’s been almost 2 months since my QC and it hasn’t even moved Shipping Label Created.

Who is Mirotime?

Shit happens with shipping; you just have to wait. If the seller is trustworthy, they’ll probably send a new one once they’ve received confirmation from the shipping company that the package has been seized. But it can take time, a long time.

Well, Mr Eldonsimon, that is why I posted this on the NON-TD FORUM.

I believe @Eldonsimon is baffled because you’ve been a member almost 6 years, you should have done quite a lot of reading/learning in that time (although this post makes it clear you haven’t). In that time, you chose a non-TD instead of a TD, still don’t realize it hasn’t been nearly long enough to raise a concern, AND this is how you start off your first posts.

Maybe slink back into the dark, read through others reviews, both good and the poorly executed ones for all of the TDs and Non-TDs. I bet you’ll pickup some knowledge.

Well, Mr Eldonsimon, that is why I posted this on the NON-TD

To be accurate you posted it in the non TD Review section. And yes I am baffled as to why you think we would know anything about Mirotimes shipping process. Just a little bit of reading would have made you aware that this is not like ordering from Amazon

Better be a keyboard warrior and stand to your opinion and reputation than make an uninformed thread, get some pushback, be unable to cope with it and open a new account. Multiple accounts are forbidden and a bannable offence. First and last warning.

Mirotime isn't a TD so unfortunately nothing can be done here. If I had to guess it's probably the shipping delay due to holiday package volume.

I said many times, the number 1 time you shouldn't order is from December then Lunar New Year. It's chaos across the world for shipping packages.

It's been stopped by Customs on the outward journey, but this thread should be on reddit, where he's a dealer, not on RWI.

Customs can take looooot of time. (We are talking about export from china).
