MICAVI - Has anyone ever dealt with him?

I bought a MBW from MICAVI on 9/11. He told me that he shipped it out on 9/13 from California to Chi-town. It's 9/25 and still no watch. I know it doesnt take 2 weeks to arrive espeically in the CONUS. He then sent me a tracking number, after several requests, which does not work. He told me that delivery should arrive on 9/21. Again, its 9/25 and still no watch. When I sent him several mails later that the tracking number does not work, he said that he would look into it. So far, no reply.

I know on RWG, I saw a thread that he was banned and had also used the name WhoIsLikeGod. I never scammed people and I for one cannot tolerate being scammed. Has anyone dealt with him?

Moneybookers since everyone is moving away from Paypal. I know I can file a complaint or open a fraud investigation. Wondering if I just call up my CC and ask for a charge back? Don't really know how Moneybookers work.

After tomorrow, it will be 2 full weeks that he shipped out the watch. It should not take more than 4 days to go from the West Coast to the Midwest.

Has anyone open a dispute with Moneybookers?

Priority Mail is 2-3 days and in most cases it almost always 2 days even parcel post wouldn't take that long 3-5 days at the most.

I have never had transactions with the guy, but I have had conversations with him. He seems like a young/immature guy. I do know that he tends to lie, so that may be to your disadvantage. I can't say whether or not he has cheated you, but I personally don't trust anyone who lies.

The funny part is that he did send me a tracking number for USPS, which is probably bogus.

Just filed one with Moneybookers. Didn't say anything about being a rep. Just said that he did not ship the item paid on 9/11 and it's 9/25. 2 weeks to get something delivered in the US - no way.

Which watch did he sell you? I bought his TTK MBW 16610. Payment was sent on 9/11. I doubt (hopefully not) that it's the same watch. How did you pay? Also, if you are in Cali and you have yet to receive it, I think you are in the same boat as me.

Did you use moneybookers as well? I guess thats what sucks about MB. You cannot see their info like you can with Paypal - unless someone previously bought something from him and used paypal - then you can see his info.

and i used WU....... wow. i purchased from him before and things went smooth. i hope this is all a misunderstanding somehow. i have his WU info maybe i can contact him. micavi hasnt replied to my message yet. i'll keep you posted and please do the same.

So we paid for the same watch. I made payment on 9/11 and even updated the thread. What a scammer unless he had 2 of them, which i highly doubt. Can you PM me his info? I opened a complaint against him with MB.

the tracking number from USPS typically is for confirmation of delivery. If he sent it straight from the post office, than it'll record a shipout from station thingie, but if it's from the local yocal mail booths, then it wont have that prescan thing. I've had this happen to me before.

he should have a copy of the tracking slip, he should scan that and send it to you as proof of shipping. if he threw it away, then he's a fool that is not CYA'ing and is obviously screwing someone over.
