Sure thing, but the ordered straps were not 390€ but 110 since they were discounted, but I have to pay the tax etc. for the normal retail price I did not pay

Oh wow, well that is a) fucked and b) you should have sent FEDEX the receipt so they did not charge you based on retail IMO.

I did not send fedEx anything, that was done on TC side.

I will contact FedEx to see if there is anything that can be done, but yeah...
