Relax. Everything is slow when you buy Reps. If the watch is out of stock it takes a long time. I waited months for a watch that was out of stock till the factory ran another batch of watches. The TD's buy watches from the factories and sell to you.
I am relaxed my friend. I understand everything is slow. Just because it took you months doesn’t mean it’s okay to give promises as a TD and not stick to the. I’m just following the time period the TD have told me. 19 days now and I received this message:
“Sorry for delay. Just confirmed it seems this factory can't supply orders now. Can you change to one from another factory?”
What does this even mean? What’s the difference between other factories and the original factory? How long will this take? Is the quality the same?
They are so vague and my personal experience so far has not been great.

That isnt the point though... I can order another watch, but I ordered the one above.
If they dont have it or can not source it, why are they selling it?
Everyone on here is defending Puretime, but this is wrong.
They advertised a watch, I paid for a watch, I was told to wait 2-3 weeks, Ive waited, and now 2 days before the end of the 3 weeks, they've just only discovered that they cant source it. I dont care what anyone says, this is very bad customer service. They should put on their website that certain watches may take extra longer to source, so that consumers are aware that if they order certain watches, they may have to wait longer.
It's just shit. Puretime respond twice a day maximum, theres no contact number, there is no live chat.
So what is Puretimes Solution?
I am doing this openly so that other people that want to buy watches understand the whole true process, and not just listen to TD dickriders.
You have to calm down. This is how this industry works and all this information is readily available in the forum if you care to look for it.
It just happens this isn't amazon and you're buying a counterfeit item from a dealer that manages an illegal and dangerous activity. All that you are exposing, literally every single aspect that is annoying to you, is nothing new, it can happen and the majority of informed members understand it and know there are certain risks involved, including the inability of a dealer to source a certain watch.
If new members took the time reading and doing some research, they would "understand the whole true process" and know what to expect. There's a lot that do so and don't blame it all to the TD.
You don't even understand how lucky you are you're given options by the TD. Continue talking to him to find an alternative as this is the only reasonable way to manage it at this moment.
I am very sorry for this. We are not factories and We were not informed earlier either. If possible, let us know if you can choose another one you like or we issue you a full refund. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The TD themselves has apologised for the inconvenience, which it is.

Bro, tbh they’re offered other watches, which aren’t like the one I wanted at all, and they’ve asked me to pay extra for those.
In the end they sent me a link for a different watch that’s identical to what I wanted from a different factory however I have to pay more, and I have to wait another 2/3 weeks.
Not really sure what to do.
I’d ask for help from members, but it seems they offended whenever I tell the truth of the situation.
What’s making it worse is how slow PureTime respond tbh. Once every hour, like I wish there was someone you can speak to directly - JTime offer this.
My friend, if you don't want the one we suggested, you can check other models from our website .we double confirm availability with factories. We are not forcing you to go for the expensive one. We can also do a refund.
