I have just made my first ever order on Puretime,

I received a payment link, and paid.

I haven't received a confirmation of my payment or anything yet.

Will be posting progress of the whole procedure.

Can anyone advise? Do I just wait, and if I do, how long?

in my experience with puretime, any emails from them usually happens at about 3am PsT of the next day after any progress. but they are fast processing offline. i already ordered several with them despite being new here. :)

"We have confirmed receipt of your payment, generally is takes about 2-3weeks, our QC department will send you QC pics. Thank you again for your order. For further assistance for the QC, you may feel free to email [email protected]"


I wonder what they mean with the 2-3 weeks, is that for QC or the order to arrive?

I wouldn’t worry, these guys have been selling reps for years. Been on the newsletter for a few years myself.

You should be fine. All the TDs listed on this forum do come through. It does need patience though, if the TD says 2-3 weeks, I assume it as more closer to 3 weeks. In the very rare instance where there is an issue, you can open a help desk ticket here and the mods will sort it out.

Generally it takes ABOUT 2-3weeks, our QC department will send you QC pics. PT will send you QC pics when they receive the watch.
We are now on the 2nd Week so will wait to see what the outcome is by next week.

You can feel free to email us at [email protected] for further status of QC. It wouldn't be very quick . If you need urgently, maybe can check with us if any readily stocks for other watches.
