Contacted Lucy @[email protected] on 9/19 for a 228238 presidential tungsten heavy weight with Swiss 2836 movement. She was very responsive before the sell and thereafter. If I sent her an email it was answered the next day. During her 1st QC she sent pics but was not satisfied with the movement and ordered another. A week later she sent me new QC pics. She shipped on 10/31 and I received the gem on 11/12. Well to make a long story short, I'm elated. I'm not the best photographer but I'll upload pics. You can critique if you wish, but only my satisfaction matters to me. I will be ordering again. Great job Lucy and RWI for your trusted dealers!
