Just a quick update. Taking your collective advices to heart, I got a Pam 438 and, because my TD was having a V6fac Pams sale at the time, I added a Pam 616.
By choosing these two, I checked a couple of advices:
1. "Black it up" (funny reference in Silver Lining, nice movie.)
2. Non-Stainless Steel or aluminum materials- now I have ceramic and Carbotech.
Thanks for all the suggestions. This thread will always be my reference for future additions to the collection. 10 seemed like a nice round number, but I now have a new problem: Filling a vacancy in the Knights of the Round Table:
