Looking for Trusted Local Guide in Guangzhou for Super Clone Watch Sourcing

I’m planning a trip to Guangzhou soon to personally source super clone 1:1 luxury watches (focused on VSF, Clean Factory, ZF models). I’m aware of the Guangzhou West Railway Station Watch City and Nanfang Clock & Watch City, but I’m looking for a trusted local guide or agent who can help me navigate directly to the top-tier suppliers, avoiding lower-quality reps.


I’m interested in buying full sets (watch + box + papers) and want someone who knows the local scene, understands the factories, and can assist with negotiation and quality control.

I’m willing to pay for the guide’s time – preferably someone who has worked with buyers before.

If anyone has recommendations for a reliable local contact in Guangzhou (or even Shenzhen), please DM me or reply here. Any help is highly appreciated!

It's not exactly a popular request, coming from brand new accounts with 1 post.

Just saying....

Also, local buying is something that virtually nobody here practices. Unless you are a rep expert who will know exactly what's in front of them, it's also highly discouraged. I don't think @Reaps or another knowledgeable member is available as a guide in Guangzhou.

not totally new to watches, just new to this forum.

Well, I was just sending out a reality check.

I don’t think you’re annoying at all. The idea of a market guide isn’t that crazy, especially in Asia. I’ve lived there for a few years, and guides for all kinds of things (mostly tourist-related) are widely available and usually affordable. I just have my doubts about how good a random guide you find at a taxi stand would be when it comes to identifying reps (as you certainly know yourself).

Not saying there aren’t very knowledgeable people out there — but finding one? That’s going to be the hard (nearly impossible?) part.

Then again, who knows? Maybe someone here knows a guy...

PS: The Popcorn GIF was solely for the box and papers part of your inquiry. Not alleging anything, but usually, especially if a brand new account asks about it, it can sometimes trigger certain assumptions or even suspicions among the regulars here, because there is an abuse potential of such materials (as you will certainly realize yourself if you think about it).

Sorry but if you take a Clean or VSF and ask to open it, you look at the movement yourself to make sure there is no junk inside, shouldn't that be enough?

You have a very high chance of being scammed while you’re over there and no chance of being scammed if you buy from a TD here. I’m mean, do it for the experience if that’s your kink, but it’s not the best way to get a good rep.

There are people I can recommend but I highly doubt they will work with you as they only deal with large wholesale operations, not retail.
I think your best bet is to use the TD services here and try to negotiate with them instead of going to the Wild West of China and getting scammed (which you most likely will).
The amount you spend on flights and hotels you might as well get a Gen LOL. It kills any savings from buying reps instead of gens.
Also, why would you need box and papers for a rep? Seems a bit sus.
