Long wait for shipment info?

With Toro, I've tried a different TD for the first time, recently buying from PT.
Order process and QC was good, I'm just confused because it's been over a week now from authorizing QC pics and still no shipment info.
Contacted Toro twice already.
With PT, I got shipping info within 24 hours from authorizing QC pics.
Any similar experiences here ?

Edit: I've just seen that there seem to be similar issues with other buyers recently.
If he's too busy to ship my paid for and authorized order, I would have appreciated a little info telling me just that.

make sure you got the right email and not his Qc pic email
also he told me the express shipping option wasn't available at the time as dhl/fedex ect wasnt accepting rep watches until October 10th so mine got sent via HK airmail

Got the right mail address. Still haven't heard anything for a week now.
At least informing your customer what's going on should be a minimum requirement, busy or not.

Got a reply from Toro.
Watch is on the triangle shipping way to Spain.
Tracking# provided.
All easy-peasy now !

Got trackingnumber a few days after approving QC. So off to Spain it went. It got delivered there about 2 weeks ago now and still no trackingnumbers for inside EU. Asked for them and Toro responded he is still waiting for the numbers. So I guess we'll have to be patient. Maybe his Spanish contact sends out once a month...

Fellow I am very confused too...
Watches arrived in spain on the 26th Sept and Since i need triangulation
I asked for new tracking number (Spain-Ita).
Got toro's reply on 30th sept saying he has't yet the tracking num and once he gets it from SPAIN he will email me.....

Nowadays, 11 Oct, I have not received any tracking num neither messages from Toro with any kind of explanations.... Tried to contact him twice last days...... The first about the shipping: no reply, the second about watch availability for a new order: prompt answered....

Very disappointed.

Call me noob, no problem, That's true it's one of the first post here and it's the very first order from Toro: probably the last and this is a pity since I was going to buy many other pieces.

Just to share with you: payment done the 29 August, more than 1k usd gone and nothing in my hands. Am i not patient?

Yes, kind of frustrating. But what can you do? I think being patient is key with Toro. I'm going to ask for my tracking numbers again this next week. I guess it's reasonable to assume package is being sent forward by now. It's been three weeks since they arrived in Spain. I will let you know when it's here.....

What email address did you use to ask for tracking numbers? I'm guessing I'm using the wrong one. Maybe that's why I don't get reply on my request for trackingnumbers....

Hey,
Toro's forward contact was on a trip. Should be back this weekend so shipping must happen in the next few days. We'll have to wait and see.

Update: nothing received. Very slow shipping. Tracking no more updated since 13th Oct. Of course It does not depend by toro.
