Oh,Mateo,my friend,real sorry for reply you late to let you worried,too busy recently to made me chaotic indeed,
I used most of my time recently to finished QC and test about 20~25 watches already,send them out already too,
all are the previous cumulatived work on June and July,I think many members got their tracking numbers in recent 2 weeks already,

for the orders in recent 2~3 weeks,most of watches,I got them back already too,I will send QC pics of them out today,

if you ordered VSF's watch,please don't worry,VSF's new batch of watches came out last night already,
I can get about 15 watches from VSF tomorrow,most watches which I ordered should came out this time already,
so I can show you QC pics of these watches within 2 days too,

just the last time VSF release watches is about a month ago already,I heard they met a small raid in July also,so made the delay,
Clean released watches 2 weeks once time recently,so very slow also,to all dealers are the same,

now,I finished most of my previous orders already,I will finish the rest orders in recent 2 weeks asap also,

friend,after you send the payment 12 days ago,in fact,I got one back about 3~4 days later already,

just after QC,all of that one seems good,but the cyclops of that one is a little crooked,
in fact,it's not obvious,not a big problem too,I think most dealers will ignore it,

but friend,I want to make it better and better before send to you,so I rejected it for you,send it back to replaced another new one for you later,

got the second new one back a few days ago,I send QC pics of it to you via email just now,you can check it there,
the cyclops of this one aligned very well,
dates all centered too,rehaut aligned very well also,

so if you feel ok,I will let my watchsmith clean dust for you asap,adjust the movement for you also,then send it to you on this Friday,
so don't worry,you can get it very soon.

05/14 Lucy confirm
05/15 payment made $628($558+$40 shipping fee+5%PP cost)
06/02 Qc pics sent
06/03 I ask for more pictures because the malta cross on the dial was crooked
No answers from him
07/11 After few emails he finally answered me. He said that he already rejected 2 watches before this one because of the quality.
07/12 I answered him to have more pictures about the date and the timegraph
07/24 I still waiting an answer
Hi there,

I bought two watches in December and I received them in April.

Even though I had to wait a long time, the truth is that I had to wait for stock availability, I ordered a custom made strap, etc.

All in all, I am happy with Lucy service but I contacted her almost a month and a half ago because one of the watches’ strap broke and I asked for a replacement.

However, I still didn’t receive any answer at all. A month and a half, plenty of emails and still no answer whatsoever.

I want to believe that she is on leave, sick, or something because she always reply (not super quick but eventually always answer).

I understand your frustration because I am myself quite frustrated but I want to believe that she will get back to us.

It’s hard to say because I kind of like Lucy, but two weeks after receiving the watches, I wrote her to complain about one of the watches’ band being defective. I have sent her many reminders over the last two months but she hasn’t replied yet whatsoever.

I doubt you’d get anywhere asking for a refund. Realistically, you’ll get offered a discount on your next order if it was a manufacturer defect. Seeing as you’ve been wearing it for 2 months, and it’s just the strap, I’d just source a strap locally and keep wearing the watch.

usually,even if I have special situation,I won't do like that,

and I checked the payments I got on May 16th,there is only one payment is $600,it's from the author of this thread,
he send me $628 via paypal,I got about $600,after replaced a few ones of that VC,he is not satisfied with it still,
so I have refunded to him already,

so friend,maybe have these situations below,

1,you send me $600,but it's not May 16th,
2,you send me payment on May 16th,but not $600,
3,I know there are many fake truetime168 sites,whether you ordered your watch from me?and paid to the correct truetime168,

if you talked with this email and send the payment,please resend me a new email today,I will check and confirm your order for you again,
and please tell me your nickname of RWI in your email also,thank you,

if you didn't place your order via this email,then friend,it's not me,

caused by my family issues,I can't reply emails well on June and July indeed,missed many emails in those 2 months then,
but from the Aug,I back to work normally already,

so if I didn't reply you in time,I think those emails should be in June and July,

just tell you the situation of that strap honestly first,

for your order,it delayed a few months,it's because that TAG with rubber strap is out of stock,XF only have it with ceramic bracelet then,

I waited many batches of watches,it with rubber strap still out of stock,so I have to tried to find it from the market,

I paid a little extra money to get that one back for you,after QC,the strap is ok then,
so I send it out,but I don't know the strap will have problem later,

so real sorry for it,

usually,parts are very hard to get already,but if that rubber strap is out of stock still,
then will more troublesome to get indeed,

but friend,all my family issues solved already,so I will try my best to get it for you from XF,
I will order it for you tomorrow first,if I have any news about it,I will tell you,

I closed that page of your email just now and marked your email just now,so I can reply you in time again from now,

buy a new strap for you is just a small thing(it's not expensive,just very hard to get),

Hello Lucy,

I am really glad hearing from you. At first I through that you were on holidays but after a month I started to get worried.

No worries, now that you have already replied I understand that it was a mistake and that you didn’t ignored me on purpose.

I hope you can get me a new rubber band asap because in the meantime I can’t use the watch in case it breaks and the watch falls.

If you can quote me an additional ceramic one it will be a plus because I really like the watch and I would like to have an additional band.

Jamie,for the first watch,I finished all work of it for you already,
just waiting the second one,GMF was raided on the end of May,they closed about a month,
the second watch was out of stock for a few months too,they lack the case of it,so made the delay,

but new batch of it back to stock already,I will get the second one for you within a week,then send them to you at once.
