Hi, I'm starting to feel worried about my order with Lucy

First contact 05/12 asking availability for a VC 4500V ZF
05/14 Lucy confirm
05/15 payment made $628($558+$40 shipping fee+5%PP cost)
06/02 Qc pics sent
06/03 I ask for more pictures because the malta cross on the dial was crooked
No answers from him
07/11 After few emails he finally answered me. He said that he already rejected 2 watches before this one because of the quality.
07/12 I answered him to have more pictures about the date and the timegraph
07/24 I still waiting an answer

The cross looks crooked on this watch. Is this a new picture or a picture of the previous watch?.

Kudos for your patience with that order you have. I hope you get a lovely watch at the end of it. Have you seen examples of these watches that aren't crooked posted by other users at all, or could it be a common 'fault'? Good luck with it. I love the style you've chosen!!

This previous cross looks better then the one on the new watch. Is there another factory that the TD can source the watch from. I don't know how many different factories make this watch with the specs and price you are paying.

Yes but I'm starting to lose patience now. No this isn't a common flaw. Mostly it a slightly crooked bezel or an off centered date
This isn't my first purchase and I never had any issues with previous trusted dealers.
Do you know if there is a section in RWI where I can get help to resolve this issue ?

There is the help desk at the top of the page where you can open a ticket. Would ask for a refund from the TD first before opening up a ticket. You have been more then patient and the TD shouldn't have a problem with a refund.

yes,for this watch from ZF/PPF,it's very troublesome indeed,

10 of it,maybe 2~3 of them will have amplitude low problem,
10 of it,maybe 7~8 of them will have logo crooked problem,
10 of it,maybe 7~8 of them will have dates not centered problem,
some of them,maybe will have clasp problems also,

so to be honest,when sell this watch,what I can do is just try my best to check the amplitude first,
to make sure the movement of it is enough good and stable,then try my best to get one with enough good dates and logo,

these problems all exist on the watches randomly,if we want to get one with all things perfect,I think it's very hard on this watch,

in all dealers I know in the market,I think I am already is the most picky one in all of them,
but it's not mean I am picky,then 100% can get a perfect one,

for this watch,I rejected 2 of it already,showed you QC pics of the third one,now,I have another new one in my home,it's the 4th one,
I showed you also,but if they all are not ok to you,I ordered the 5th for you already too,
or if you don't want to wait any more,I can refund to you now also,so friend,it's all up to you,

but friend,in this process,I real did many work for you on it already too,so hope you can understand also,
in recent days,we are talking normal already,I ordered the 5th one for you 2 days ago already,
if you don't want it,I can refund to you first too,it's no problem.

Before I order this watch I have asked you which factory (8F or ZF) to go for this watch. You told me to choose ZF and you said that you have very good relationships with them. I have trusted you and sent the money right away

I am also having issues with Lucy’s response time. It has now been over two weeks that I have been asking for an update and have not received a response.

I’m not quite ready to ask for a refund because I want my order but at this point I’m losing patience.

It’s been a month and I still haven’t received final QC pics.

3 weeks and i didnt received any QC pics...
I dont have news / answer from Lucy since 2/3 weeks after i send the paiement.

I already purchased a watch from her 1 year ago, and it was pretty fast, but this time, i'm little worried..
Hope i'll get some news soon..

Oh,Mateo,my friend,real sorry for reply you late to let you worried,too busy recently to made me chaotic indeed,
I used most of my time recently to finished QC and test about 20~25 watches already,send them out already too,
all are the previous cumulatived work on June and July,I think many members got their tracking numbers in recent 2 weeks already,

for the orders in recent 2~3 weeks,most of watches,I got them back already too,I will send QC pics of them out today,

if you ordered VSF's watch,please don't worry,VSF's new batch of watches came out last night already,
I can get about 15 watches from VSF tomorrow,most watches which I ordered should came out this time already,
so I can show you QC pics of these watches within 2 days too,

just the last time VSF release watches is about a month ago already,I heard they met a small raid in July also,so made the delay,
Clean released watches 2 weeks once time recently,so very slow also,to all dealers are the same,

now,I finished most of my previous orders already,I will finish the rest orders in recent 2 weeks asap also,

friend,after you send the payment 12 days ago,in fact,I got one back about 3~4 days later already,

just after QC,all of that one seems good,but the cyclops of that one is a little crooked,
in fact,it's not obvious,not a big problem too,I think most dealers will ignore it,

but friend,I want to make it better and better before send to you,so I rejected it for you,send it back to replaced another new one for you later,

got the second new one back a few days ago,I send QC pics of it to you via email just now,you can check it there,
the cyclops of this one aligned very well,
dates all centered too,rehaut aligned very well also,

so if you feel ok,I will let my watchsmith clean dust for you asap,adjust the movement for you also,then send it to you on this Friday,
so don't worry,you can get it very soon.

for your 4 watches,I got 2 breitling of them for you already,send QC pics of them to you already too,

just after QC,I feel one of them,the bezel is a little not aligned very well,so I send it back to replace another new one for you later,

I don't know whether caused by the raids in the market,they haven't give the second new one to me yet,so I am waiting still,

for the third breitling,I got one also,but after QC,that one's date jump have problem,I checked date jump of all 31 dates,
there are 2 dates are stuck,not smoothly,so I didn't take it back,I am waiting the second new one also,

only that IWC from V7,I don't know why they didn't release it to me yet,I don't know whether they lack of that kind of strap,
they release watches very slow in recent 2 months,I will urge them again for you,

I marked your email specially just now,so I can reply you in time again from now.
