This is the problem of cultures crossing through migration.
This is the problem with political correctness.
This is the problem with everyone aspiring for growth rather than maintaining the status quo.
The only way to keep people relatively happy is to minimize the integration/assimilation of cultures/races through migration, allowing people to speak their minds without being branded as intolerant and to be happy with the way things are.
Unfortunately this is the way of the future until another war breaks out. Resource and food shortages will soon become a real problem, globally. Populations need to be curtailed. Unfortunately this will only happen through global drought or global war as citizens and politicians don't have the guts to call it as it is.
But as for the rioters currently, I say they should be riddled with rubber bullets. If that fails, bring out the live ammo.

We are not far behind our UK brothers here in the USA .....To say we are totally mismanaged in every facet of our society is a complete understatement..... That crap is coming ...
More than enough reason for us to keep our powder dry and prepare for the worst. (And not rely on Amazon.com to order BB bats for our own protection.)
I always tell people to prepare for/expect the worst, but be pleasantly surprised if/when it doesn't happen.
Note that I am not a tin foil hat wearing/conspiracy theorist type, I have just had the opportunity to personally witness too many things in my short lifetime to make me think we have a chance to derail this in our future.

Just an update, 1600 people arrested. Most will get time for this. Short, sharp punishment.
Many towns have set vigilante groups to protect their property/goods. They seem more efective than the police who were slow to act.
Big debate on the police who have upset many government ministers by their slow actions to get this under control.
It will pass and life goes on.
This is still a great country to live in. We just need to sort out the aresholes.
