Hi, my first rep will be on the way soon- Oyster Perpetual 114300 JF and I was told this needs serviced straight away because of the movement.
Does anyone have a list of trusted watch smiths who can work on replicas and this specifically- can't seem to find it. In London ideally but the UK is also fine. Also do I just tell the watchsmith I need a service and will they themselves notice the movement and fix it or do I have to ask for something specific?

I was hoping that someone may reply to this thread as I would also be interested in a UK rep friendly watchsmith.
The last rep I had serviced/sorted I had to send abroad.

Do those guys work on Reps? They seem more interested in just doing battery changes

You've done the right thing sending a PM. You are correct in that he is usually busy. Give him a few days or a week to respond, I assure you his work and professionalism is worth it.
