Here is my Cartel 6263 changed the Crystal for a tropic one and drilled the lugs 1,25mm to fit 2mm spring bars.

I think the spring bars need to be shortened a bit.
The dial definitely needs to be replaced once someone will offer a VN dial in the sales section.

Question to Cartel 6263 owners:
How do you make a loose clasp shut more securely? My clasp shuts but sometimes opens just by making contact on my desk while typing, so it's not very secure. It appears 2 parts of the sharp edge snap over the 2 round ends but I don't see how I could make this closure/contact more secure. Any tips or advice?

If this isn't the right place to ask, please redirect me. I searched for combinations of 6263, Cartel, clasp, etc. but couldn't find related posts. Thank you in advance and have a nice day! Really love the photos and info in this thread.

Just to follow up, this guidance worked perfectly. I only applied slight outward pressure on part A to increase the curve and now the clasp snaps firmly/securing to my liking. Thank you again Spoons and trash3939 !!
