Where did you find this beauty!! adjusting the end links is relatively easy if you have needle nose plyers you can ben the two tabes on the bottom of the end link up slightly to close the gap and get a tighter fit on the lugs
I miss my vintage R so much. One thing I have left is this dial! May I ask if this is a Viet case? Do you have the source for the hands please?
i picked it up through an auction. I saw they had quite a few vintage watches in their listings so gave it a go. The bracelet itself is in rough vintage shape, more so than was disclosed in the auction, but I’m quite happy with the price I paid. it will need a servicing, but I’ve wanted a ranger for a while now.Where did you find this beauty!! adjusting the end links is relatively easy if you have needle nose plyers you can ben the two tabes on the bottom of the end link up slightly to close the gap and get a tighter fit on the lugs
Thanks! I ordered some fat spring bars yesterday to see if that would be a cheap fix. i saw they helped tighten up a loose jubilee on the 6719 I picked up for the Mrs,I had a similar issue with my rolex 6694. I replaced the 19mm spring bars with new rolex spec ones. It corrected it for me, the original bars were bent after years of use causing the end links to sag.
